Dana is a trial attorney extroadinaire! (Yeah, he's also my friend.) He is smart, soft spoken and polished. He has a unique low key intensity which slowly gains momentum during trial or a hearing exploding with his argument or cross which is devistating to the opposition.
Dana is very ethical and is equally comfortable in a high profile case (e.g. the murder trial of Earle Caldwell (Robert Blake's handyman), or someone with a DUI or other matter.) One of his strong points is he can strip all the fluff out of a legal issue and focus upon the true issue at hand.
His wife (Lisa Cole) is a Judge in Beverly Hills. This means that he is not only friends with most of the judiciary due to his practice, but he meets all the Judges through his wife.
