Fox is one of those iconic Beverly Hills Judges. He also has a bit of a Napoleon complex. He seems to have mellowed a bit over the years, but I'm not so sure I'd really want him if I represent a criminal who is not particularly "redeemable". He has a temper, will say what he pleases, or what he feels, and makes quick decisions. He can be intimidating, but, he generally is correct in how he rules. He has also bent over backwards with criminal defendants whom he thinks can be helped with something other then wasting time in jail.
